We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Due to the nature of digital marketing services and time investment, all payments are final.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, copy, and deliverables created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Afterward, you hold the rights to use them for your business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services, including but not limited to revenue loss, technical issues on third-party platforms, or data breaches beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services with clients who breach these terms, misuse our services, or engage in illegal or unethical practices.
